Pre-Pay for your photos securely and conveniently online! Just follow these steps:

  1. Use the order form provided by your organization to select your products.

  2. Fill out the order form envelope in its entirety, remember to print legibly!

  3. Click on the link below to pay via PayPal and enter your order total. (All prices include state sales tax)

  4. Print the confirmation page and insert it into your order envelope, OR copy the confirmation number into the correct area on the form.  

  5. Give your athlete their order envelope to hand in to the photographer on Photo Day.

Q: What does my athlete need to bring with them on photo day?​ A: Your athlete should be in full uniform as decided by the coach or league. They should come prepared as they would for a game so that they have any props they may need for their photos. Your athlete should also bring their order form, completed in its entirety, along with payment. If you elected to pay online, don't forget to print and include your PayPal confirmation or write in the confirmation number on the order form.

Q: My athlete didn't bring home an order form, what do I do?  A: We've all been there, not a problem! Please check with your coach or league contact to see if they have extras prior to photo day. We always have forms on hand at photo day, so just bring your preferred method of payment and we'll help you take care of the rest!

Q: I have a question about a package or product on the order form, who can I ask about it? A: No worries, we're glad to help. Feel free to use the contact form below, or speak with one of our photographers on photo day, they are happy to answer any questions you might have!

Q: What types of payment do you accept? A: We accept cash (exact change only), checks, all major credit cards and PayPal via the link above.

Q: When should we arrive on photo day? A: Players and coaches will receive a schedule from the league. You should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If you have athletes on multiple teams we ask that you bring them back at the appropriate scheduled time. If you cannot come back, it is possible to have their individual photographs taken, but they will not be included in the team photo.

Q: My athlete won't be able to make it for photo day, what do I do? A: Unfortunately our options are very limited if you are unable to attend photo day. Contrary to popular belief, it is not possible to photoshop an individual player into a group photograph, and still have the image live up to our standards, so we do not offer that as a service. Depending on the circumstances we may be able to have you meet a photographer at another local shoot to take an individual photo.

Q: When should I expect my photos to be delivered? A: Depending on what delivery option your league has chosen, you should expect to receive your print products within 4-6  weeks of photo day. Most leagues choose to have photos delivered to the league and distributed by coaches, this brings your costs down! Some leagues choose to deliver them at a year end banquet or at the end of the season, so please check with your league to find out what the expected delivery date is. ​ If your league has chosen to ship directly to athlete's homes, you should expect them within 5-7 weeks. Specialty items like mugs or statuettes are shipped directly to athletes homes and usually take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.

Q: I didn't receive my specialty item with my print photos! A: Our specialty items are made in the USA in an off-site photo lab, so we are not able to deliver them along with your print products. No need to worry, they are on the way! We ship these items directly to athlete's homes after they are inspected by our staff for quality.

Q: I heard you have a 100% Money Back Guarantee, how does that work? A: Our team does our best to craft each photograph better than the last. Like all people, sometimes we fall short of our goals. That is why we offer our 100% money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with our prints or specialty items for any reason, you have our word that you will receive a full refund for your purchase amount (less shipping if applicable). Please fill out the Customer Service Contact form below to start the process. ​ We do ask for our customers to allow us some grace for factors outside of our control: an object in the background we cannot remove, puffy red eyes on your kindergartener that was having a rough morning, or a stray hair on a windy day. We will ask for an opportunity to fix the problem for you, but if we continue to fall short of your expectations, we will honor your refund request, no matter the reason.
