  • What is your guarantee?

    • Kademian Photography strives to add value to your business by delivering custom, high-quality, content in a timely manner. We are a small, local business and our success is wholly based on the success of our agents and their referrals. Our guarantee is that you will be 100% satisfied with your media and that it will be delivered within 48 hours of your appointment or we will issue you a full refund for your products, period. If you do have an issue with a product, we ask that you speak with one of our team members about how we can make it right. Our commercial listing clients are guaranteed content delivery on the date specified in their contract.  â€‹

  • I booked an appointment, now what?

    • All appointments must be reviewed and approved by our scheduling team. You will receive an email confirming your appointment, as well as providing additional information and resources to make the rest of the process as smooth as possible. â€‹

  • Is there anything I need to do to have my clients home ready for photo day?​

    • Yes! You will receive an email with your appointment confirmation that includes a check list for your clients to make their home as ready as can be for photo day. While we can do a lot with advanced techniques in editing, home preparation is ultimately the responsibility of the homeowner and the listing agent. We do reserve the right to reschedule appointments if your clients have not prepared the home appropriately.

  • Do I need to be there for the appointment?​

    • The short answer is we prefer the listing agent to be present during the photo shoot. By being present, agents also get an opportunity to better get to know their clients and the home they are selling. Your clients are already dealing with the stress that comes along with selling and buying a home, having a friendly, familiar face for them makes our job easier. **In cases where agents must grant access to the home, it is required the agent be present for the duration of the shoot.**

  • When do I pay for my services?

    • Payment is required prior to delivery of any content. You will need to make payment via the Aryeo portal in order to download any images or video.​

  • When will I receive my finished photos and videos?

    •  We strive to deliver within 24 hours, but there are times this is not possible. Delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours of your appointment time. If we do not meet that timeframe, your products will be delivered free of charge.​​
